What Is a Charmed Character Company Party?

A Charmed Character Company party is a themed event for birthday parties and other children's gatherings. Most often Charmed Character Comany parties are thrown for toddler to preteen girls, though boys sometimes attend or ask to have their own. We are in the process of adding some super hero performers.

Charmed Character Company performers are hired as entertainment. These impersonators are trained to portray characters based on fairytales and classic stories and attend parties in costumes or dresses that strongly resemble that character’s attire in literature and film. A Charmed Character Company performer will interact with children using the iconic personality of the character.

Other customary things for hosts to arrange for their child’s  party include dress up, games, storytime, and sweets and themed foods. The event space is usually decorated by the party host to correspond with a favorite fairytale or a character’s color scheme.

WHAT ARE OPEN STUDIO WORKSHOPS?

Our Open Studio Workshops are available for anyone to come and get crafty! You can bring a group of friends, a date, have a small birthday get together, or even come alone. We seat small groups together, so you get the feeling of a “private party” without having to meet a minimum or pay a deposit.

Please note, we seat reservations first and only take walk-ins as seating is available during Open Workshops. Book online at least 24 hours prior to the workshop.

HOW LONG ARE THE WORKSHOPS?

Our workshops last approximately 2 1/2 - 3 hours (unless otherwise noted). Please make sure you are on time and ready to get crafty!

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO ATTEND AN OPEN STUDIO WORKSHOP?

Yes, absolutely! Children are welcome to craft with you at an Open Studio Workshop.  While there is no minimum age set, the child needs to be able to sit still on a backless stool for 2-3 hours while completing their project.  Please note that our location is  BYOB, so there might be guests drinking adult beverages while you are there.  Our evening ADULT PAINT workshops we only allow guests that are 16+ to maintain an adult-like atmosphere for our guests.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK AND PAY IN ADVANCE?

We require everyone to book online (and pay) at least 24 hours in advance for each scheduled workshop. This gives us time to get your materials and stencil ready before you arrive.

We do allow walk-ins during open studio workshops. Individuals that have reservations will be seated first.

CAN I SIT WITH MY FRIEND?

OF COURSE!! There is no assigned seating here! You can leave who you'd like to sit by in the comments section of your order, or arrive a few minutes early and move your boards around to be by each other! Coming alone? Don't worry! We've found that crafting brings out the fun in people and many people have met new friends in this studio!

CAN I BRING SOMEONE TO HELP ME WITH MY PROJECT?

Due to liability reasons, we are coded as an "event hall", so during scheduled workshops only ONE GUEST per project is allowed unless it is specified in the description that it is a 2 guest project (example- our Date Night Workshop). No outside guests are permitted into the studio during a workshop without a paid reservation. Guardians are permitted to accompany for children's workshops.

Payments and Refunds FAQs

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Since each design is prepared to order and your seat has been reserved, registration feeds are non-refundable.
If you can not make your scheduled workshop for any reason, please let us know with a six hour advance notice so we may fill the seat. Failure to let us know will result in a $15 studio fee if you would like to reschedule your project for an in studio experience.

All missed projects may be picked up as a take and make kit within 45 days of your missed project with no fee. After the 45 days, your project will be forfeited due to storage restrictions. No refunds.
