We offer Toddler Art Parties, Mini Board Paint Parties, Painted Totes and Wood Sign Parties and some very fun upgrades to go along with your awesome MAKErs Party!!
This information will help you to decide which party will inspire your Child and Birthday guests!
All packages include up to 10 party participants (except Splatter Paint) and allow you to bring in your own food, drinks & party decor If time allows, we'll end each party with a dance party which will include the music of your choice and disco lights! We look forward to celebrating with you!
Yes, we know....it's information overload, but more is better so that you are in the "know" for all the great choices we can provide.
All party types include exclusive use of our studio and dedicated Creative Assistant. Your exclusive party also includes party setup, tear down and clean up. We will supply one table to hold food/gifts.
* You are responsible for bringing your own refreshments/ and theme décor.
Wood Shape (Door Hangers) Paint Parties
Suggested minimum age 6
Wood Shapes are $250
This two-hour party includes up to 10 guests including the birthday child. The wood cutouts range in size but are approximately 8-12” depending on designs. $18 each additional guest. (40 People MAX Capacity).
Painted Totes or Backpacks Party
Suggested minimum age 6
Canvas Tote Bag -$175
This 90-minute party includes up to 10 guests including the birthday child. These canvas bags are painted with the design of choice from our sign designs, or we can customize a design just for your event. The Canvas Tote is at least 12" square in either White or Natural. We reserve the right to use larger tote bags, if they are available. Designs are painted onto the totes. $10 each additional guest. (40 People MAX Capacity).
Wooden Sign Party
Suggested minimum age 5
Our wooden sign parties are awesome and lots of fun for kids to do. We create an awesome design or quote, scripture or custom design just for your party. A stencil is created, and we guide your guest through the entire process from start to finish.
8x8" Square Wood Sign - $200
This 90-minute party includes up to 10 guests including the birthday child. We have many designs to choose from (Initial, Pineapple, Mermaid tail, Unicorn, Emojis, Gamer, Name, Sports or Monogram) or we can custom create a design specific to your theme.
You will stain or paint your background and paint your design using our color bar. (If your party is for younger guests, we can stain the boards prior to the party to allow them more time to paint their designs) $12.50 each additional guest. (40 People MAX Capacity).
12" Square Wood Sign -$275
This two-hour party includes up to 10 guests including the birthday child. You can choose from any of our square designs, or we can custom make a design/quote for your birthday event.
You will stain or paint your background and paint your design using our color bar. (If your party is for younger guests, we can stain the boards prior to the party to allow them more time to paint their designs) $20 each additional guest. (40 People MAX Capacity).
In Studio Splatter Party
Suggested minimum age 5
8x10" Canvas - $275
Our in-studio splatter parties are an amazing and memorable way to celebrate a birthday. For up to 8 painters. You will also have private use of the studio tables for refreshments prior to your Splatter Experience. $25 each additional guest. (40 People MAX Capacity in Building up to 10 painters at one time).
What to Expect:
- Each painter will receive an 8x10 blank canvas panel
- We provide protective gear such as paint poncho and booties. Goggles are also available for use.
- Plan to remove your shoes and socks and paint barefoot in the booties.
- Paint is machine washable however we highly suggest guest wear clothes they do not care about just in case.
- Your masterpiece will be wet so plan for transportation of a wet canvas. It could take up to 24 hours to dry.
- Every Experience is private - you will never be grouped together with people you don’t know.
Toddler Art Party
Suggested age 2-4 Years
8x10" Flat Canvas - $100
This 60-minute party includes up to 10 toddler guests including the birthday child. We will open with a Music and Movement session and then painters will be able to free paint their canvas with watercolors or tempra. $10 each additional guest. (40 People MAX Capacity).
Upgrades
Plates, Napkins and Cutlery -one color, for 25 people. Color Options - Pink, Red, Orange, Yellow, Purple, Blue, Purple, Black, Turquoise - $25
Slime Time - kids can create their own slime complete with take home container. Slime can be themed to match the party theme. *premade slime with DIY add-ins available for younger groups. $10 per child
Personalized jewelry kits - kids will receive their own personalized kit to create their own jeweled/beaded stretch bracelets complete with charms. $10 per child.
DIY wands- kids can create their own magical wand to top off any magical party experience. $5 per child.
Glitter tattoo- we can create custom glitter tattoos to match almost any party theme. These are safe, non-toxic and washable but are always a party favorite. $5 per child.
Magical Mocktails- each child will receive a magical mocktail beverage topped with cotton candy in a specialty glass. $5 per child and includes beverage refills.
Custom aprons- personalized aprons for your party theme. $15 per child
