Terms, Safety and Photo Waiver

PHOTO CONSENT

We will take photos and/or video during the workshop so we can share the experience and final products on social media and in our marketing and advertising.

By signing up for the workshop I hereby agree that MAKE Creative Space may use my photograph in the routine promotion of its classes and activities and other non-commercial applications.

Should I chose to opt out of appearing in MAKE Creative Space photos and video, I understand it my responsibility to let the instructor know that I have opted out of pictures and for me to move out of the frame of the shots.

POLICIES, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

* Due to the nature of our business and frequent collaborations registration fees are non refundable. If you cancel anytime within the time frames listed below you will be given credit toward another workshop. Credits are good for one year from the originally scheduled workshop.

~For a workshop with one of our in house instructors cancellations must be made 3 days (72 hours) before the workshop.

~For a Specialty workshop with an outside instructor (will be listed in the workshop description) cancellations must be made 7 days before the scheduled workshop.

After these time frames due to the custom nature of our projects there are no refunds or credits. If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, please contact us and we will put your project together for you in a DIY kit to pick up at the studio on a later date.

*Due to workshop time slots, capacity, & table space, only one person per project unless the scheduled event specifies otherwise (Date Night, Mommy & Me, Etc.).

* Workshops will start on time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time.

By signing up for the workshop I acknowledge I have read and agree to the terms of the policies, refunds, and cancellations.

SAFETY WAIVER

Upon mutual consideration of both parties, I release BAM Blanks and More, LLC DBA MAKE Creative Space, from all liability relating to injuries or property damage that may occur during one of the workshops or after due to hanging error.

By agreeing to these policies, I agree to hold BAM Blanks and More, LLC (DBA MAKE Creative Space) entirely free from any and all liability, including financial responsibilities for injuries or damages incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

By registering for a workshop and clicking the acknowledge button, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless BAM Blanks and More, LLC (DBA MAKE Creative Space), its manager, and members from and against any and all claims for personal injuries or damages of any kind arising from participation in MAKE Creative Space workshop.

I ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THE RISKS INVOLVED WORKING WITH WOOD AND WOOD-RELATED PRODUCTS. NAIL GUNS, NAILS, WOOD, SAND PAPER, SCREWS, WIRE, RIBBON, SCISSORS, OTHER CRAFT SUPPLIES, PAINT (ACRYLIC, CHALK, AND/OR LATEX) AND OIL BASED STAIN MAY BE USED DURING THE PARTIES. I DO NOT HAVE ANY CONDITIONS THAT WILL INCREASE MY LIKELIHOOD OF EXPERIENCING INJURIES WHILE ENGAGING IN THIS ACTIVITY.

I am also acknowledging that I do not have any food allergies or sensitivities and will refrain from eating or drinking anything at a MAKE Creative Space workshop that I am allergic to. I also agree to hold BAM Blanks and More, LLC DBA MAKE Creative Space completely free from any and all liability, including financial from any illness, injuries, accidents, and all claims due to eating, drinking or consuming any and all foods and beverages at a workshop, regardless if the food/beverage was complimentary or purchased.

By signing up for the workshop I have read and agree to the terms of the safety waiver.
